And yes, there are four (4) strategically placed zip ties. Other than that, only needed to drill 2 new holes.

FWIW, this is a $500 chinese ebay fairing kit, and it looks fucking awesome. I give it an overall 9/10, only because I was expecting a tight fit that would need adjustment (giggty). All said and done, I'm probably into it for ~$600. That's even cheaper than my insurance deductible.
