Saturday early for me. Gonna rip on a Daytona in full gear this time.

It's group led. You will not "rip" anything or anywhere. The route is up Wadsworth, across 6th ave, off at Indiana, cut through the back of the mall and then down Colfax. You're one opportunity to lean a little is at the back of the mall. I rode the Speed Triple R and the Daytona. It was fun but you can't really get a feel for it at demo speed.

You don't have to sign up online, you can just show up and sign the paperwork there. It's first come first serve. If you sign up on line you get a free t-shirt. They only had L and XL.

The actual ride is *meh* .. The 6th av on ramp was the only place you could get up a little speed. Rode the Thruxton and the Speed Trip 1050. The latter is the perfect lose your license hooligan mayhem machine IMO. As for the Thruxton.. turn up your speakers.

Foothills has a number of dealer demo bikes that they will let you take out alone....no demo event required.

QFT, they've always been pretty good with their demo rides.

After today's demo, I'm completely in love with the 675. There isn't a single thing I would change about it. Definitely replacing the beemer with one of these.

Compared to my current seat, I prefer the stiffness of it. Seat's can be changed, not an issue.

The heat on my right thigh from the mid pipe would have to be addressed. Otherwise, it was a great bike to ride.

I was able to ride the Tiger 800, Speed Triple, and Street Triple R. Really liked the Tiger and Street, probably gonna narrow it down to one of those. Looking to buy in a year or so, retirement from Air Force gift to myself.
