Welder

Anyone have a portable welder? I need to cut and weld a pipe for the intake system on my car. Was just wondering if anyone could bring one over for the evening, just to do a couple weld's. Im in lakewood, by the moco. i also have 220 as well. Ill toss some money and/or beer.
