Just checking to see if there is anyone else lucky enough to have the day off tomorrow? I already have acouple people that I am meeting up with at the Golden 7 11 at 11:00 am. Medium to fast pace will be likely. My front tire is almost done, so more the medium pace is going to work for me.

North is what I was thinking. Though I'm not sure if the weather is going to cooperate.

Looks like %40 chance of rain and scattered thunderstorms. I'll keep checking the weather.

Ok, chance of rain in the afternoon is now 45%. So since the odds of getting a good ride in keep going down I'm just going to cancel this one.

I've gotten a free bike wash everyday this week! I'm having my honda worked on by Dr. Kato today, so my only mode of transport has been the R1. Kind of bad timing weather wise!

The weather was actually pretty good today...it was the traffic that sucked.
I did a short jaunt up Coal Creek and back down Hwy 6/6th Ave. around that time. There were a few drops, but not enough to make any difference at all. There were slow cars and construction trucks almost the entire way though, so it really wasn't that much fun.

Word. My main reason for taking the day off was to get some riding in sans the same kind of traffic as the weekends. It still beat being at work though.

Actually I ended up riding 150 miles in the afternoon and didn't get too wet. Golden gate was super dirty from all of the storms, but hwy 6 was great as always. The traffic was a bit heavy in spots.
