Personally, BF & COD are all starting to look the same, but at least BF has more "combined arms" tactics with more vehicles (supposedly) and up to 64 players on PC
FWIW, I play both, and am looking forward to BF3 and COD--especially as COD is ditching Treyarch and returning to its COD:MW/MW2 roots
