I bought my last set of leathers in 1999 from Z custom leathers. From that point on, i knew i would never purchase off the rack again.
Reason, seems off the rack never fits a guys with long legs and short body.... If i ever found a suit to fit my upper body, they made me look like erkel, if the fit me in the legs, i was drownding in the chest and shoulders...

well after seven years, 5 crashes, 2 repair jobs it was time for a new suit.

I purchased a suit from NJK leathers and this thing RAWKS. Kelcey Gordon is AWESOME... He produced a suit that just blew me away.

It is perf'd on almost every leather pannel. The leather is very soft and flexible. The kevlar strech panels keep the suit snug but allow you to breath. Bohn body armor to keep high impact body parts safe..The leather (stiching) work is the best i have seen. Lightweight - oh yea... about 1/3 of my last suit...

I am serious guy's and gal's... Over the winter save your penny's, don't do 1 or 2 race weekend, do anything you have to do... GET a suit from NJK...

YOU WILL LOVE it!

Looks nice.

I've got a custom suit too (Syed) and am really happy with it - but it's heavy and getting old (bought in '01) so I'm planning on a new suit over the winter.

Million dollar question is: How much $$ is a well equipped NJK custom suit? A well equipped Syed is ~$1200.

the price is around if not the same as your syed ~ 1000 to 1500.
of course you will increase in price with the more "extras" the custom design time, ixlracing.com, the Paint by TCR, the name front and back, the numbers, i sent some patches to be swen on, etc...

Kelcey is good, i spoke to him on the phone through every step, he listen to my ideas as far as design, then modified his idea of a design and this was the result.
