I wanted to put a link to the info for the ride and fundraiser in the Social Events section as well, just in case you're not following along in the other forum...

http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showpost.php?p=587428&postcount=1

Just to make sure there's no confusion...

We're meeting at 8:00am at Moco (Conoco at 470 & Morrison Rd exit), and we're leaving for Deckers at 8:30am.

This will be a lot of fun, a nice celebration of Dave's life and his love of riding. And it will help his daughter as well.

Thanks all...
Gary

Hi all, if anyone lives near any bike shops and doesn't mind putting up a flyer could you let me know? Terry (ABATE) made up a flyer for the 20th and I'd like to get it in some shops. Maybe if you live near the Walnut Room that would be cool too.

Please let me know (and send me your email address) and I'll shoot the flyer over to you.

Thanks so much!
Gary

Thanks guys...

Cornfed - Dave did pass away in a bike accident. He left behind a daughter who will be at the Walnut Room as will be his mom and brother. I hope you guys can make the ride and the festivities at the Walnut Room afterwards.

I'm still planning on caging this ride in my fusion. I will have plenty of water for everyone tools, a first aid kit and will be the last obviously so I can sweep the sweepers.

if anyone wants to bring something to the walnut and wants to ride please let me know we can arrange something I have no problems taking stuff for anyone!

I really wish I could make this ride to help the cause but my boss refused to give me the day off unfortunately as the less I'm at the shop on saturdays, the less money she makes. Hope it will be a great turnout!
