03 CBR600RR wont start?

How do I jumper out the 4 wire plug to see my MIL code?

The fuel pump wont start up when I turn the bike on and I've jumpered out the fuel pump and can get it to run and pump fuel out. Also i've checked the relay's and tip sensors, all check out good. Any Idea's?

According to my manual (2003/2004):
A long blink = "10"
A short blink = "1"
DNS = Engine does not start
EON = Engine operates normally

And I quote (i.e. don't shoot the messenger):

BLINKS : PROBLEM, SYMPTOMS
No blinks: ECM malfunction, DNS
No blinks: ECM power / ground circuit malfunction, DNS
No blinks: ECM output line malfunction, DNS

Should be a 2 wire connect under seat . Wires if I remember are yellow. Yellow/white

The light doesn't flash at all. I have the manual and it says that the 4 wire plug is the service port and u need to jumper two of the wires. Problem is they tell you to use a special tool that does that for you. But doesn't tell you witch wires you need to jumper.

There should be a 2 wire conecter back right under rider seat? All run simp buy techs and see if I can get u an idea what's going on

Will the motor turn (but will not fire)

The engine turns but will not fire? But it will fire when you jump the fuel pump? If so you need to check the fuel "cut" relay that powers the pump.

I've got that manual page, but I don't have that connector that jumpers the wires. I wish I new what wires they want me to jumper with out the tool.


The motor turns over but doesn't fire up at all or even close. I will try jumpering the wires to the full pump and see if I can get the bike to start that way.

When I hold the button the head light shuts off. But as soon as I stop trying to start the bike, the light comes back on.

that's what wires to jumper
