Need Roomate in Highlands Ranch

Going through the whole divorce thing and will be looking for roommate in the Highlands Ranch area. Three bedroom, two bath, two car garage, tri- level home. I would be offering the lower level with one bedroom, one bathroom, which was recently remodled, and a den area. Also a gauranteed spot for a bike or two in the garage. I don't really care if you are male or female as long as you are not a complete slob and can be respectful in a shared living environment. I would like to have someone who is into bikes, but of course it is not a requirement. Wife is moving out middle of September and I will be looking for roommate by October. Earlier date could probably be arranged if needed. Asking $650 and split utilities.
