Just got to the top of GG and about a mile back there was a rider down. Police and paramedics on scene. Looks like a car pulled out in front maybe. The bike is totally destroyed. Silver and red F4i I think. Hope the rider is ok. They were either gone our in the ambulance.

Be careful out there!

Yeah hope the person is ok it looked pretty bad. Definitely a sobering scene.

I should have went to the track this morning, instead me and an old neighbor of mine went through GG on our way to Lyons. He was on the RC51 that you saw on the side of the road, or what was left after hitting head on with the car. I was a 100 yards behind him and only saw the aftermath after coming around the turn.

He has a couple of broken bones and is ok other than that. He is not on this board that I know of. He is an FOG like me with over 20 years of riding experiance.

Don't really know what happend but I think it could happen to anybody, so be carefull out there.

Wow! Glad he's ok considering. Hope he heals fully and quickly, and that the car driver pays for everything!

WOW, glad he is OK. We need more FOGs out there. Hopefully the driver of the car is OK as well. That RC51 is pretty much a Freightliner of a motorcycle. It would be like hitting a 74 Caddy head on.
