After attending the Motorcycle Riders Foundation annual Meeting Of The Minds (http://www.mrf.org/events.php) conference (focusing on motorcycle safety, legal, and legislative issues across the country and around the world) for the second time a couple of weeks ago, and with multiple legal questions recently, I thought it made sense to have a forum dedicated to address legal and legislative issues and questions.
