None of those are sworn to uphold the law, and hopefully they weren't doing it on a highly populated highway, furthermore, I hope none of them just kept driving at 120+ after the cop tried to pull them over.

Like I said, I don't think the guy did nothing wrong. I just don't think speeding qualifies a cop as a scumbag. Just a personal opinion is all. There are plenty of great cops out there and plenty of true scumbags.

Maybe not a scumbag, but a hypocrite for sure. I bet he gives people a lecture on going 80mph in a 70mph zone as if its a big deal. In this deal the cop needs to be treated like everyone else. He should loose his police job as he misused the vehicle/badge for his own gain. Plenty of people to fill his void at the department he works for, which is why I never understand why they back iffy cops (fire & hire someone else).

Lets see my stint on the FZ1, 40/hrs Community Service which you pay for, 1 day class which you pay for, the fine, the $2,250 lawyer cost, and having it on your record for X amount of time, oh probation period too. Yep, cop should be treated the same, held to the SAME standards if not even higher.
