My original loan was done by Cathrine & the Eusea team. She referred me to Tom Yoswa, one of the 203k specialist at Prospect. Guy was great to work with & thanks to the appraisal yesterday we're all good and looking to close within a couple weeks and start banging out my over-sized 2 car!
