My forecast for today:
eastern Douglas - Elbert - Lincoln counties
Winter storm WARNING
Heavy snow combined with blowing winds will create blizzard conditions making travel Hazardous if not IMPOSSIBLE. All travel is discouraged until Thursday evening, if you must travel be prepared with an emergency kit - blankets, water and food. When you get stranded do not leave your vehicle. Wait in your vehicle for help to arrive.
Well, I had to come to work today so I was prepared with all the supplies, a fully charged phone and a full tank of gas.
It was a struggle
