I just got the word that everything is done and i can close on my house a week from today!!!!

Which ultimatly means i will be moving in just before Chrstmas and my gift to my little girl and my wife is our very first house!!!!

COTTONHOOD! I stop into Funuguyz a few times every month. Nice little sports bar in the old Kingsoopers parking lot. :guinness:

One of my criteria was move in ready, I have remodeled a few houses in the past and don't feel like doing anything except normal maintenance. In fact I am not happy that I have to replace 5 pickets in the fence. ;)
