It's hard to tell how long the slide was from the video, but I'm thinking it's got to be at least a quarter mile.

That hill is straight out of Christmas Vacation.

And I'm not sure how he thought he'd stop a 500lb sled from tumbling...but, 'A' for effort...kept waiting for it to roll over him.

Yeah, once he stopped some pieces slide by and then you see the sled tumbling towards him. I kept saying in my head "move man, move!!".

Yep. Grabbing the sled would not have been my #1 concern, not getting mauled by it rolling into me would've had me moving away from the stupid thing--whoever his buddy is that slid down and tried to stop it, he owes that dude a beer...or more.

Damn just damn. Poor guy is clearly not having a good a monday as we are after seeing this vid lol! That sucks though, but not a bad way to spend.. er... lose 10,000 dollars lol!
