Soooo, looks like I need to look for a Nissan for him. Only difference is I can't afford to keep each car in addition to the new one while he can :)

Haha, hopefully he will get into track days/racing long before...so his 16th bday car will be a beater, since I will be completely broke from his race budget.

And he just got his IPad2 for his Xmas and 2nd birthday coming up. Under a year old, already unlocking his moms iphone, by a year and a coupl months, flipping through pictures, playing videos, watching youtube songs, knows how to full screen it, hit done at the end, etc. Angry birds and other games are his regular apps.

Crazy what kids know, shows his grandfather how to use an iphone and to find apps.

I'll have to agree with you on the most part. Have noticed a lot of "holier than thou" attitude on some of the forums...

But im done with the whole japanese import tuner cars.......for now.

Out of curiosity, what made you trade in the BMW on the 370?

Out of curiosity, what made you trade in the BMW on the 370?

A few different things, I will start with the one that irked me the most and then the rest are all smaller issues:

-Open diff = the sucks, can barely drive the damn thing with our weather haha
-heater overheats the radio "hi temp" display and radio shuts off, dealer cant replicate, but I can around 11pm on a cold night.
-seat warmer turned on by itself at random last saturday, of course dealer wont be able to replicate
-back seats are useless for my needs, so I will drive the SS Trailblazer when needed
-worried about maintenance/reliability later on, tried to overlook this before but I just don't see this car being all that reliable
-3rd brake light will keep breaking due to bad design
-can't fit any decent sized wheel/tire combo due to the narrow space between fender and suspension, not anything like other BMW's
-may as well be a convertible with all the wind noise on the highway

370z
-no fuss over a back seat.....its done
-handles much better is an understatement
-much better road feel
-slower in a straight line at this altitude but I am ok with it
-doesn't look like the Angry Birds pig

few other things that made me make the decision but this is just off the top of my head

I owned one of those up until a few days ago....so Slo's kid has better wheels than me, period.

I like the 370z though they are too small for me.

I just went and got tint this past weekend, but while waiting, there was another customer getting his car done that needed to get to an ATM. I offered a ride since my car wasn't ready to be worked on.

This fella seriously resembles a polar bear. Haha, felt bad for him squeezing in and out of the car.

Heh, I wanted to take one for a test drive, but couldn't because my left knee was jammed against the dash board between it and the steering wheel. I couldn't actuate the clutch... lol
