Damn, that's going to be a garage-mah-hal. Did you find out about the electrical? IIRC when I lived in Longmont (Denver might be different) you could wire it yourself but had to pass code inspection from the city. If not they make you rip it out and start over. Def get it passed before drywalling it.

220V power? Arrghh arrggh arrghh!
