The news had something about 130+ near the cont'l divide. There's "windy", and then there's "land hurricane".

I live off Wadsworth and coalmine area and wind was kicking like crazy but still decided to ride out. Im at my 2nd job downtown right now and still gusting but slowly dying down.

What are the speeds where you guys are at? I'm pretty sure it's only reached about 35 mph here, at peak.

i had to repair 2 gates on my fence today... lol windy for sure.

I did a patch job on my gate that got ripped off in under 30 minutes. Used some tie down straps and lashed it to my trailer. Figure I'll fix it properly when the wind dies down.

i got the drill out and used larger more "windproof" bolts! wood screws just dont cut it.

I was surprised that FEMA hadn't already set up a disaster relief zone in my backyard when I woke up yesterday morning.

No fence damage at my place but I'll have plenty of branches to clean up once the snow melts in my backyard
