Syncing contacts from My Verizon to an iPhone

Can it be done? I have all my contacts synced to the Verizon website from my last Samsung Galaxy phone, but I don't know if or how to get them over to my new iPhone 4S.

did it on my wife's phone using Google. Just uses a text message from your old phone and it uploads all your contacts. Then create the exchange account on the new iPhone and the old contacts are pulled in.

I figured out how to do it by typing in google "how to transfer contacts from my old phone to iPhone" or something
