I can't believe I agree with the ACLU on this one.

Found the wiki page.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Graber

On September 27, 2010, some criminal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_law) charges against Graber were dropped.[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Graber#cite_note-dismissal-4) Harford County Circuit Court Judge Emory A Plitt Jr. dismissed four of the seven charges filed against Anthony Graber, leaving only traffic code (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_code) violations. The judge ruled that Maryland's wire tap law allows recording of both voice and sound in areas where privacy cannot be expected and that a police officer on a traffic stop has no expectation of privacy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expectation_of_privacy).[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Graber#cite_note-dismissal-4)

I can't believe I agree with townie, but why would I ever need a cop? They don't diffuse situations they just escalate them. Situation diffusion should be their job, actually it is their job, yet they can't seem to do it.

The whole thing that ticked me off was the plain cloths unmarked cop car. I can tell you I would of never let the guy out of the car, I would have been around him before he got out (who knows, for all the rider knew was that it was a pissed off citizen).

Sorry I don't believe in unmarked cop cars making traffic stops. In MI they tell you NOT to stop. They say call 911 if you can, or keep driving till in a populated area.

CO sure loves those unmarked vehicles.

Yeah i would dumped the clutch and launched a rider less bike at him. No badge. No markings. Gun and screaming at me? Na man i would have defended myself.

Yep, and just say I saw the gun, dude is pissed, and I felt threatened. So I freaked and fell off the bike as it was launched taking him out. Yeah you do a bit in county but with that video I don't think you be convicted and you be let go. Plus it would have made for a better video too.

Yeah cop was way out of line for a simple traffic stop. Guns drawn for misdemeanor offense? Welcome to our police state. We have given government ans law enforcement far to much power.
