Sooooo I got rid of my daily driver for something bigger to haul the dogs and kids and whatnot around.....so for my daily commute from Loveland to Fort Collins I should dig out my Honda Civic del Sol and use it as my DD and not put the miles on the new vehicle.

Right now I know it needs tire(s) one has a nail in it. Its also been sitting for months so basic tune up....plus whatever else is recommended with in reason.

1995 Honda Civic del Sol B16a3

Recommendations?

Fully built B18 with VTec heads and a turbo...
Otherwise I'd just go with coolant flush, oil, plugs, filter, and if you're feeling froggy, tranny fluid change.
Maybe some sea-foam through the intake if you want to smoke out the neighbors.

Haha, when i take it to autozone and when it got emissions people wanted to buy it apparently for the current engine.

Just point me where to go because by the time i get home it dark and i am worn out.

I take my "more used" autos to Community Auto on Timerberline just south of Prospect in Ft. C. They seem to do a pretty good job and are reasonably priced. If you want the best Ft. C. Honda folks, I hear that Import Specialists are the ones to go to. However, they are on Laporte between Overland and Taft and are $$$$. I have taken nice cars to Houska on Riverside who do a pretty good job too.

For tires I like Discount (flame away) at College and Prospect or Peerless Tires 4 Less on Lemay by Riverside.

You could also bring it to my house. It wouldn't get fixed nicely but we could drink beer and shoot stuff at the neighbors.

disgusting filthy shop that they smoke in, and they basically dont know what they are doing. many a car has come from pfi to other shops (like the one i worked at) broken and needing fixing. theyve blown up many cars and turbos because they dont understand how an oil or pcv system works on a car with an aftermarket turbo setup lol.
