Team Gearzy @ PPIR

[Mother Goose]

So I took Monday off to head down to PPIR to take pictures of the Gearzy Team (and a couple others) testing the new bikes for Daytona. Some of the bikes aren't completely finished for the new season yet. The race numbers I put up will be their numbers for the 2012 AMA season.

I love doing days like this because I can get up closer than a race day and am able to get some fun angles that I usually can't get.

Not part of Gearzy, but Ricky Orlando was out there testing out the new bike as well. He'll be racing the Daytona 200.

This is Alex Duenez, he'll be a novice this year in the MRA. His first time in a race was the last year in the Superstreet class. He's gotten a lot better since then.

Thanks man! I had some lens issues (rented the big boy lens), so I had to switch to my old lens about 100 images into a 550 image day. :shock:

Seems like a lot of people like the helmets. Patton has the shield that darkens in the sun light. Pretty cool.

those are all R6's except for Ricky's #12 Kawi and the gsxr1000 that Alex is on.
