Front Brake leaking at MC - Need help quick

My brake fluid is leaking out at the master cylinder banjo bolt. I recently replaced the lines with Fren Tubo's. I just noticed the leak today.

I took the double banjo out and noticed there was no crush washer where the top line meets the master cylinder. I figure it fell off when I did the install. So I replaced all 3 crush washers. It now goes banjo bolt head, crush washer, first line, crush washer, second line, crush washer and into the MC. Problem is, its still leaking badly.

Anyone have any quick ideas I can try? I was supposed to do a track day tomorrow so I need an answer quick.

crisis averted. I think I got it. The small wrench I was using didn't get enough torque on the bolt. Re-torqued and bled. Seems ok.
