As some of you may know, I'm currently working on opening a rental photography studio that leases time on an hourly basis, and to be responsible/professional about this undertaking, I need to develop a contract/agreement for my customers. In general, I'll need to address/protect myself against the following:

- lessees must respect rental time scheduled
- leaving studio clean and as it was found upon entry
- injury to any photographer and/or model in photographer's care while using the space/equipment
- general clauses for property damage
- clauses relating to damage of rental lighting equipment
- relinquishment of deposit upon damage to said equipment/property
- verbiage addressing models - and that it is the lessee's responsibility to verify models are over 18 should nude work be taking place
- no drugs or alcohol allowed on premises
- and some clauses to address monitoring/security cameras (lessee has not guarantee of privacy)

These are some very broad strokes, as I have a lot more detail to cover. I've put some feelers out to acquaintances that are lawyers for formal quotes, but thought I'd post up here as well. If anyone is (or knows) a lawyer that does contract work - please feel free to PM me a quote to develop this type of client contract/agreement.

Thanks!
