These are pics of people who were in motorcycle accidents. They were either wearing very little protection, or none at all. The pics were taken by the doctor, and some of them are nasty. Consider yourself warned.

As nasty as those are, they are pics that should be shown to every kid out there riding in shorts and t-shirts with arai frame sliders.

thanks for that link. I've sent that to a couple of my friends that do not wear all of their gear at all times even after I've told them many many times to ALWAYS wear their gear but they said "it's too hot..." ... one of them came to the track (of all places) to watch me, with a wife beater, shorts, and tennis shoes on this bike, i asked him why he isn't wearing this gear and he said that it was "too hot"... i hope this would help his dumb ass change his mind.

People who ride without helmets and gear should see photos like this so they know this can happen to them. Maybe more poeple would ride with protection. But zx12 is right, this happens in car, only a lot more often than it does on bikes.

I work in a Hospital so I see all that stuff first hand and those pictures are light on the stomach then the real stuff ;)
