braking and entry speed intimidate me a lot still while i get used to this bike and the track. wish i could get seat time in the canyons on it. its so much different to ride than my SV.

Hey Scott-

You're getting your seat time in the right place, no need to worry there.

Free tip of the day - don't worry about being fast right now. Focus on being a really good rider. Find your marks, especially your corner apex, and get to them every time every lap. Develop your "memory" for where you want to be on the track at each section by being on that part of the track every time you pass a point.

Looks like you had some fun, and that's the best way to "win" at a trackday. Leave with a gigantic smile and a shagged set of tires.

yeah since i have maybe 3 hrs of riding on it with only 1 1/2 hrs with brakes haha i am still getting exponentially more comfortable each day out.
