The easiest solution is for Wyclef and his band to announce before the concert that they will play there and will also play at the 420 event, and arrange for that event to start a couple of hours late. Then party all night with the band!

everyone will just be wearing bandanas or something else around their face. The 5-0 cant issue 10,00+ tickets. And if they try and chase people into the crowd, they'll blast off to the moon and realize how stupid and harmful the cannabis laws actually are.
