Anyone know of some cheap/free programs out there to use for photo adjustments. I dont need anything fancy, just be able to do simple things like crop, resize etc.

For simple stuff, that's super easy to use, FREE, and even has some cool advanced features like converting formats, red-eye reduction, etc. go here:

+1 Irfanview is great for quick and dirty edits.

GIMP hands down. Best free graphics program out there. It can do almost anything Photoshop can do.

I've never used Gimp, how easy is it to learn? I'll download it after work and check it out, thx.
