Periodic Safety Inspection Required by law - random

Not sure where they get this from, if they are referring to the fact a cop can pull you over and give you a defective vehicle ticket then every state has random periodic safety inspections

I see motorcycle cops doing it all the time too. I'll only do it if I'm comfortable with the other person, or if we're going slow speeds.

From what I know and this is only what i Know so don't say "well grim said" It is illegal to have LED lights on while any motorized vehicle is in motion as it creates a distraction.

Earbuds/headphones are illegal but speakers inside the helmet are not.

ABATE tried doing lemon law coverage several years ago, way before me. We about got run out of town by the Dealers Association...they hated us for even suggesting it.

Unfortunately short-sighted on their part.

Lemon Laws are actually there to protect both the consumer and the dealership from unnecessary expense, pain, and hassle...

Colorado's lemon law sucks anyway. Magnuson moss warranty act is still good for bikes.
