WTF is that SHIT?! Shouldn't the cops be at his damn door arresting that stupid mother fucker for almost killing someone and fleeing the scene? Shit like this pisses me off. Thank God for all this great technology and catching someone in the act, but then the cops just "issue a summons"? It's almost laughable!
