God only knows...price goes up with scale and those looked pretty big. Probably a few grand..easily. The controllers alone are pretty pricey.

It looked like they were just running the plastic rims w/o tires to get the cars to step out. I would think that any r/c tire would hook up too well to get them to drift like that, esp at slow speed.

My car's are AWD, the most common way to get 'em to drift like that is to put electrical tape around the tires. The also make some hard tires so they can't get any traction.
