Me and another rider had that happen to us last weekend on Loveland pass; oil tanker in our lane going around a bicyclist way to fast. Luckilly we were able to avoid disaster. Trucker got the finger.

Trucker was definatly in the wrong, but it looks like the rider could have ridden that out, looks like he froze up.

This was me on the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap. Damn Semi ran me right of the road, he was taking up both lanes and when I went of the road, where the trees are is a 40 foot cliff. Bruised ribs was all I got from that spill. Scared the crap out me. Just scratches and bent my handlebars. All fix now except for the scratches. Sad to say the bike is only few months old. 2005 Honda 919.

that really sucks. the driver should have his license revoked, and the state should be sued for allowing such vehicles on that road. thats like trying to land a 747 at an airport built for private prop-planes.
