Too bad that guy's not around for the new generation of younglings. I watched M.R.N on the regular, growing up. I wanted so badly, to have his train set!

I couldn't find anything about Bob Ross except Internet rumors, but I did find Snopes articles on Mr. Rogers and Captain Kangaroo.

The guy was like a saint. How could you make fun of him?

I'm not making fun of him at all. He was an incredible individual with a real sincere heart for teaching children (and maybe even a few adults along the way).

But...this video is creepy, particularly the chorus part where his eyes get all big at the end of "...in the garden of your MIND".

The fact that PBS commissioned it makes it even stranger...at least to me.

Actually and I'm not joking but if he truly was a navy seal, depending on what is assignment and specialty was, that is not something you find out on the Internet, certain things must be taken to the grave and anything you read is merely to throw you off or disprove you. The reality is there are only certain people who know the truth.
