Need a little help here.

I swapped out the fuel tank shell on my RC and used the fuel pump from the cracked one. I can't get the bike to start... Fuel comes out when I disconnect the quick disconnect hose. The pump primes when the bike is started. The starter works, as in the cylinders cycle and the battery reading is good. I can only think that it is a fuel supply issue... Any hints or tips I'm pretty frustrated... There is absolutely nothing else I've touched...

Pinched line? Proper fuel pressure?

Looked more thoroughly looks like my charger is reporting 67% capacity charge 12.7 volts. I'm going to keep my big charger on it and see what happens. Checked the lines, no kinks I can see.

I see, still a good 4 months so it may need a serious charge... How old are the plugs? Being a new tank I assume is good/fresh fuel... from your description it sounds like the bike cranks but won't turn over completely. Coils in good shape?

I can pull the coils, but the bike has 59 miles on it... I highly doubt iridium plugs went bad already and the coils shouldn't be burned out just yet lol...

Just cause something is new doesn't mean its not faulty lol, doesn't hurt to check it all. Also check fuses mang

Spark, fuel, air. One is missing. Start with the easy (stupid) stuff first.

Ok, pulled the rear cylinder plug.... It is pretty fouled up and was pretty wet. After I cleaned it off, the bike caught for 3 cycles then stopped. Look's like I'm going to check up on some plugs tomorrow. Coil works.... Caught me off guard when it shocked me.

Just pulled the front, dirty and wet. Gotta love those Germans. They made this bike a pleasure to work on. Should have gotten two of these...

Austrians

Yes... I am aware; Mattighofen, Austria. But many of the parts are made in Germany and I would call them one in the same. The difference akin to Canadians and Americans IMO.

Wanted to thank you guys. Cleaned the plugs with some degreaser and she fired right up. Ordered some spares after finding out how rare the plugs were. Had to order those suckers from GB. Luckily though I won't have to wait, cleaning worked phew!
