Techno help appreciated

Buddy of mine made me this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yn8VnngON0 and I am trying to figure out how I can copy it to my computer so I can copy it to a dvd disc etc.

I am techno challenged so dont have a clue how to do it or if it can even be done

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, or if you can copy it I will glady pay for the disc
