There was a black bear spotted around the Bowles and Platte Canyon/Lowell area this morning, meaning animals are being forced into the city due to the fires so please keep your kids/animals indoors and stay alert! This was in the southwest littleton bordering Denver city limits.

Yea and to think it's only their survival instinct coming into play, hopefully with today's rain and the FD higher containment they'll be able to return.

The uncle I was talking about had 2 or 3 bears come through his place before the fire jumped Queen's Canyon. Not to mention a few herds of deer.
