Hello,

We are receiving phone calls from firefighters and their families inquiring about estate planning documents. We understand the need for peace of mind as you protect us. Thank you for all you do!

Our two attorneys and a paralegal are available to draft the documents.
We offer free Durable Power of Attorneys, Healthcare Directives, and a HIPAA release to first responders in Colorado directly involved with helping fight the fires burning.
The PoA allows family or friends to take care of financial matters for the person fighting fires. The healthcare directives allows the Agent to make medical decisions. And the HIPAA release allows for family and friends to find out medical information on the patient.

We will be able to draft the document, but not able to print, notarize and witness all of them because office is evacuated.
The rest of the staff is safe and well.

You can reach us, Hammond Law Group, at 719.520.1474 or 719.231.8238.

Please help spread the word. We know almost all of the responders are working, but some have mandatory vacations, like firefighters at the High Park Fire.

Thank you.
