Guys, take a close look at this, this is what they do when they divorce you. Similar to what happened to me. Also, there's a reason why right around 70% of divorces are initiated by the females.....they have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

But for me over the course of 5 years I turned the tables on the ex and now I see/get the kids about 85% of the waking hours over a 2 week period comparative to her (with a 50/50 custody agreement I fought for and got eventually despite her originally having a decree saying SHE decided when or even IF I'd get 50/50).

The key is to KEEP FIGHTING. Never stop fighting, even when you've had your nuts smashed in. The law provides you the right to fight, avenues to fight.

Learn the law, use the law.

^This, is what certain morons don't understand. I posted this to show the kind of crap that TYPICALLY happens in a divorce in general. I just used TC as an example because it was being made public what happened.

A friend here, who shall remain nameless, has both experience in law and bad divorces, and he PM'd me to tell me not to waste time trying to give good advice to people too stupid to even listen to it. He said they'll never believe it.......until it happens to them. Everyone thinks they're "special". Well, like that guy said at the graduation ceremony: "You aren't special". Make no mistake, money HELPS, but the courts are so biased it doesn't matter. At least in CO, you CANNOT get a jury trial, like you can for other civil matters, it's Magistrate or Judge only, and they make the final decision. I can personally tell you that all a woman has to do is ACCUSE you (no proof needed), and if you can't prove without a shadow of doubt your innocence, you're screwed.

At least in CO, you CANNOT get a jury trial, like you can for other civil matters, it's Magistrate or Judge only, and they make the final decision.
