I'm thinking of driving out there for 1 nights stay and riding a few trails
any tips? where should I ride and where should I stay?
I'm looking for the difficult trails, not just easy dirt paths

wow. really? Slickrock and Porcupine Rim are the standards to measure all trails by. If you haven't done those, you should. Really, all the trails there are awesome, but you need to do those if you haven't. Porcupine is a longish ride if you don't go with a shuttle. It's pretty hot there now too. You won't want to ride during the middle of the day as there is almost no shade on any trails out there.

+1 on porcupine (greatest ride ever) and slickrock. If you're camping I'd wait till fall as it's mid 90's during the day there now. The trails are great there and the scenery is phenomenal.

I vote porcupine. Not sure if its the greatest ride ever, but its damn good!
Slickrock......meh....more of a novelty, maybe do it if you've never done it before, but it is exposed and you will melt in the sun!!!

Check out the Top Of The World trail. One of the most impressive views I've ever seen, and a very technical climb. It's north of Moab on 121, near the Dewey bridge.

Bartlett Wash - if you like skate park like bowls and short ledges and drops. Not so much a trail than a playground on slick rock.
Klondike Bluffs - a little bit of everything. Short hike at top to dinosaur tracks and view of Arches.

Barlett Wash sounds good. I'm on more of a downhill bike so I'm looking for rocky ass trails or jumps and shit

:bigeyes::bigeyes: Shit!!
Jackson Singletrack on Amasa Back
What to say about this 2.2 mile trail that drops off the north side of Amasa Back? Very scary. Very technical. Makes the deadly Portal Trail seem like pedaling around the park. Only for true expert riders.

That's sick. I love that kind of shit but when the consequence is going off a cliff, too much. I can, and will eat shit on that trail :lol:
