Thinking of getting a new suit. Either end of season closeouts or for next year. It'll be a 2pc since most of the time it will be street with the odd track day. Seems like most perf'd suits are 1pc rather than 2pc though.

For the climate around here, what's cooler in summer, vented or perforated? I already have mesh for those 90+ days and textile gear for winter but I want some leathers that I'll actually wear more then just in the spring and fall.

Perf'd is generally cooler, but as long as you're moving a well ventilated suit will still keep the airflow moving, and you can always close vents - perf is forever.

Komodo is coming out with something very sweet in a little while, I don't have prices yet but it's basically what you'd get if you took a full on 1pc race suit and cut it in half, with the top and bottom zipping together. Even comes with the aero hump on the back. I don't have much detail on it, but when you're ready to buy something let me know. You'll get the hookup.
