I have a Dewalt DC970 drill and would like a chart or some way to figure out approximately what the torque values are for the different collar settings. Who knows this?

If I look at the Dewalt website or Google 'dewalt torque chart' one more time, I'm going to jump off a small stool.

You should be able to find what the max. torque
your drill makes is. Then the various positions shuold be some
linear scale from very little to full., like in 1/10th increments.
So if your max torque is 1000 in/lbs and you have 10 settings
100 in/lbs - 200 in/lbs -300 in/lbs etc

Get a big ass torque wrench, attach it to the chuck, and commence to see when the wrench clicks :p

Google says max torque = 450 in-lbs.
