Photoshop/edit a pdf?

Does anyone have the ability to edit graphics in a PDF?

Here's what I'm interested in doing...here http://director.usacracing.com/ppihc/files/pdfs/map.pdf is a map of the road up Pikes Peak. I would like to have it edited to remove EVERYTHING except the road itself (the black outline and the yellow in the middle) and, if possible, have the road be all black instead of yellow outlined in black.

Possible?

You can edit PDFs in The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/). It's a quite-capable freeware graphics program.

I'm sure your tattoo artist can create a stencil without all the extra stuff... :guinness:
