6 years ago I saved up for 4 months to buy my dream helmet. It was no longer manufactured but I found someone selling a new in box version.

Arai Rx7-RR4 Colin Edwards Blue.

Unfortunately, this helmet got stolen less than a year later one night while I was loading a bike into a trailer. I was devastated.

Ever since then I have been looking across the country for the same helmet and have made countless offers to people across state lines. Then last night, while doing the mandatory craigslist before bed search, I found it. A guy in Thornton was selling a Like NEW XL RX7-RR4 Edwards Blue.

I went up and picked it up first thing this morning and I am so happy I found it!

It was stolen in Arizona so doubtful it was the same guy.

The helmet was only made in 2001 so not only is it super rare, but sizes are becoming very limited. Needless to say, this was my great white buffalo:
