Track map is on their Facebook page.

Anybody know more about it? Completion date?

Something like this has been "in the works" in Colorado for at least the last 5 years.

I've never seen a schedule attached or a proposed track map. One of the outfits had a chunk of land out by Byers, but I think that plan collapsed around the time that HPR opened.

I'll cross my fingers, but I probably won't hold my breath.

These are the times I wish I had a family trust fund.

About the same time as HPR was being built, a group of rich folk were planning this near Watkins. Don't hold your breath, it never seemed to attract enough investors, and unlikely now that HPR is so popular with the car clubs and the MRA.

Is this the same as Michael B. & Klaus' big Motorsports Country Club project from a few years ago? They had a few millionaire investors already onboard (one of which was Nugget stoner Chris Anderson, heh), and a F1 track architect drawn up for the stated land. Same high pricing, did it go to a new project/company? Some old CG renderings of what they 'wanted' to get built, pretty modern, cool...

Mike's old badass FD all skinned up for the project:

Nothing happening there either. As indicated in their most recent SEC filing this past August.

MSCC is a development stage company and has not commenced any operations other than initial corporate formation and capitalization, entry into a contract to purchase land (which has since terminated) and the development of our business plan.

 "exclusive private tracks"

spend that money and rent HPR to your damn self as many times as you want. Invest that money in HPR and they'll get another track AND sick facilities

Not to bag on an activity I like to do, but this is a shitty place to build something like that. The user base just isn't there to make it viable. It'd be cool to have, but it hasn't happened because eventually someone does feasibility and market studies, and figures out the inevitable.

Werd, the Cherry Hills demographic does not encomass all of Colorado, geeze.

Think that was a different area. They were a sponsor on my board when that started, but didn't last too long.

That man is so full of sex appeal I wouldn't know where to start.

On a side note, the beat to that song, they say is the rhythm you should set when performing compression-only CPR.

Would be probably be in poor taste to be humming "Another one bites the dust" whilst performing life-saving chest compressions.
