I agree with the prediction that there will be a baby boom 9 months from tomorrow. I just hope for enough warmth that I can ride tomorrow.

Maybe the Mayans predicted time zones too, so they based it off of Mexico's future timezone.

Its just funny too when you think the world has been here for billions and billions of years (they predict Earth is 4.5 billion years old), then people just show up like max 200,000 years ago and start predicting the end

The world ended months ago, just as the Mayans predicted. However we're all living in a Matrix-like artificially rendered world, and since our superior AI-based rulers knew this was coming, they transferred our conscious minds to other bodies on a different planet. Your other body burned up sometime in August, when the world was destroyed to make way for a hyperspace highway. You didn't see the dolphins leaving?

How many brain cells does it take to figure that today is probably not the best time for this? Im just blown away that someone making probably $75k a year is making decisions like this.

I actually just got back from Mexico. I was walking through the Tulum ruins on the 21st. Very interesting place and worth a visit if you get the chance!

That said, the 21st was the end of the 13th B'aktun. It was also cool talking to the actual Mayans (yes they're still around) on that day.

The answer to "Life, the Universe, and Everything". That must be some old BBC TV version. The (2005) movie was pretty cool. But wasn't as funny as I remember the book as a kid.

Yes, BBC did a 7 episode mini-series. I have it on VHS but it has been long enough since I watched it I cant say for sure if the picture is from it.
