what is a easy way to remove that one little white piece on my tank, it is under the clear coat so i guess its going to be a pain in the ass, one guy told me to use a blow dryer?

If it's under the clear coat, the only way is to sand and repaint.

Yup if its under clear coat Lurch is correct. If its not, then a hair dryer or heat gun will work fine. Most tank graphics are under the clear though......
