My idea is to go down 115 to Canon City then head east to Peublo then north on 25. Not trying to keep anyone out when the sun goes down and temp drops. The ride last weekend took people north so I figured we would head south.
Meet up at 7 Eleven at the intersection of South Gate and 115.

It will take a little longer but it's a lot more scenic, fun, and avoids any slabbing except for the stretch between Penrose and Canon City. I'd go with you guys, but I have a class on Friday until 1:20pm. Have a good time! :)

I guess I will postpone this ride until next Saturday. Everyone I think is on the same page that next weekend will be better. Still wanna meet up at the same place and head the same route though.
