Any landscaping recommendations?

I have a large front and back yard. Approx 6000sq feet of grass.

Well, the grass is gone -- all that remains is dirt and weeds.

I have a sprinkler system already installed. My estimation for turning this back into grass looks likething like $2000 for top soil, delivered and another $2000 for sod delivered and installed.

We still want to build a retaining wall.

So I figure if I'm going to be spending 4000-5000 on landscaping anyways, might as well get a bid for someone to do it for me. The purpose is to sell the property as our new house is 75 days out from completion.

Any recommendations?

I will use them for a second time soon.

They are not the cheapest, but their work is excellent. So if cost is the most important factor, prolly not the right company. But maybe a worthwhile investment for your new house. Congrats!


EDIT: I just realized they are on Vollmer Road in Black Forest, which is under mandatory evacs.... .
