This is for my Z750S

When I started my bike for my cooling tested I noticed the distinct sound of an exhaust leak. Turns out two nuts on one pipe went AWOL and the flange is just floating. I just thought I'd see if anyone had a couple extra before I order the damn things. Guess I'll pull and paint the pipe also.

Part # 92210 - 8mm nut used on about every Kawai street bike.

Think I could get away with coated nuts from the hardware store +anti-seize?

Thanks
Murdock

Lost two of those while on a road trip and on the way back from Wisconsin. Wouldn't think those would come off as whenever you WANT to get headers apart, they suck to remove.

Good luck. I found a dealer in Iowa that gave me two and loaned me the tools to fix it in their parking lot. Gave him a $20 to buy sodas for the crew.

Oh I know, I've swapped many a manifold/header on a car. I'm going to start soaking the others with PB Blaster so I can pull it off and get some high temp paint on it while I wait for the new ones to come in.
